Refund policy
NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit only!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return may be at risk for being lost.

⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on certain types of products, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, items must be in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging — and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to store credit within 3-5 business days.
If it’s been more than 7 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@topdealstrend.com.
